A vineyard stay in Himachal usually means a day visit and a drive back. Raht Juneo Orchards is the opposite. At 1,300m in the Sirmaur Hills, the estate runs across fifty acres of orchard and vine, six hours from Delhi and three and a half from Chandigarh.
Five private cottages sit spread across the slope, so you’re never sharing a wall or a view. The kitchen cooks from what the garden and orchard give that morning. The wine comes from the vines you can see from the porch.
There’s no fixed schedule to keep. Walk the rows, sit with a glass, trek down to the Giri, or do nothing at all. The estate holds a maximum of twenty guests at a time, which is the whole point.

Two Bedroom Cottage
Leela Nilay is a two-bedroom cottage, about 1,020 sq ft, with a drawing room, dining area and kitchen. It also features a private porch overlooking the orchard. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms, giving guests their own quiet corners while sharing a common gathering space. Leela Kunja
Two Suites
Leela Kunja is a two-storey cottage with one private suite on the lower level and another on the upper level. Each level spans over 400 sq ft and is complete in itself, with a bedroom, sitting area, dining space, and bathroom. The cottage can be reserved as a two-bedroom stay for families or friends travelling together, or each level can be booked independently for couples seeking a more private retreat. Q1: What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early arrival (from 11:00 AM) and late departure (until 2:00 PM) can be arranged subject to availability, late checkout carries a ₹8,000 fee unless included in your package. The Weekend Explorer and Milestone Moments packages already include 2:00 PM late checkout. Contact us in advance for alternative timings.
Q2: What does a stay at Raht Juneo Orchards cost?
All-inclusive packages start at ₹70,000 for two guests for two nights (Friday–Sunday Weekend Explorer). One price covers your private cottage, all meals from taraak, guided estate experiences, WiFi and housekeeping with no hidden fees or resort charges. Family Weekend is ₹95,000 (3 nights, 4 guests), Culinary Retreat is ₹140,000 (4 nights, 2 guests), and exclusive-estate Milestone Moments is custom-priced. 50% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Q3: Are dogs allowed at the estate?
Yes, dogs are genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated. Your dog stays with you at no extra charge, has access to all 50 acres, and can interact with our resident estate dogs.
Please tell us in advance about your dog’s temperament and any special needs. Because estate dogs roam freely, complete avoidance isn’t possible, so do inform us during booking if you have allergies. Other pets are accommodated case by case.
Q4: What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable: once a reservation is confirmed and payment received, no refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or date changes. In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies, requests may be reviewed at our discretion. We recommend confirming your dates carefully before booking, reservations are accepted up to 12 months in advance, and harvest and peak seasons fill 3–6 months out.
