Transparent terms. No surprises. Everything you need to know before you book.
We believe in clarity. These are our booking terms—straightforward, fair, and transparent. Read them once. Know what to expect. If anything is unclear, ask.
Booking & Reservation

Booking windows: Regular season 4-8 weeks ahead. Harvest season (late June-early July) 3-6 months ahead.
Minimum stay: 2 nights recommended. Single nights considered case-by-case.
Payment Terms
Payment schedule:
50% deposit upon booking confirmation
50% balance due 14 days before arrival
For bookings within 14 days of arrival, full payment due immediately

NEFT/RTGS to account details provided at booking
Credit/Debit Cards
Via secure payment gateway. Processing fees may apply.
Digital Wallets
Google Pay, Apple Pay, UPI payments accepted
Wire Transfer
For international guests. Details on request.
Currency: All pricing in Indian Rupees (INR). International payments via wire transfer available.
Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation policy: The closer to your arrival, the less we can refund. This allows us to rebook your cottage for other guests.

How to cancel: Email stay@rahtjuneoorchards.com with your booking reference. Effective date is when we receive your email.
Special circumstances: Medical emergencies or extraordinary situations may qualify for exception handling. Contact us directly to discuss.
Refund timeline: Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
Modifying Your Booking
Change dates: Contact us at least 30 days before your original arrival to modify without penalty.
Change cottage: Subject to availability, you can switch cottages. Contact us.
Change guest count: Notify immediately if number of guests changes. May affect pricing and meal planning.
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard times:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in: Available from 11:00 AM subject to availability. Contact us in advance to confirm.
Late checkout: Available subject to availability. Fee: ₹8,000 for checkout until 2:00 PM. Request 24 hours in advance.
Luggage storage: Available before check-in and after check-out. No charge for 24-48 hours. Longer storage by arrangement.
Special Bookings & Groups
Group bookings (10+ guests): Custom payment plans, flexible cancellation terms, and private dining available. Contact us for proposal.
Celebrations & occasions: Weddings, anniversaries, family reunions customizable. 3-6 months planning recommended.
Extended stays (7+ nights): Special pricing available. Discuss rates.
Liability & Safety
Guest responsibility: You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Basic safes available in cottages.
Property damage: Guests responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. We may charge for repairs or replacement.
Activity risks: Vineyard walks, hiking, and river access offered as-is. Participate at your own risk. Wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution.
Medical facilities: 30-45 minutes away. We have first aid supplies, trained staff, and can arrange emergency transport. Inform us of medical conditions at booking.
No-Show & Emergency Arrival
No-show: If you don’t arrive and don’t contact us, your cottage is held until 7:00 PM. After that, booking is forfeited with no refund. Always contact us if plans change.
Late arrival: Notify us immediately if arriving late. We’ll coordinate dinner timing and ensure your cottage is ready. After 8:00 PM, dinner may not be available.
Emergencies: Contact us immediately if medical or transportation issues arise. We’re here to help.
Amendments & Extraordinary Circumstances
Policy changes: We reserve right to amend with 30 days’ notice. Changes won’t affect already-confirmed bookings.
Force majeure: In cases beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government closures), we offer date rebooking without penalty or full refund if rescheduling isn’t feasible.
Travel insurance recommended: Protect yourself against cancellations. We’re not liable for external circumstances.
Guest Assumption of Risk
All activities (trekking, river access, vineyard walks, orchard exploration) are voluntary.

Guest assumes all risk for injuries, loss, or damage resulting from participation in these activities. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.
