Residence Policies
Minimum Stay
Two nights minimum. The estate reveals itself gradually—a single night cannot contain what this place offers. Extended stays of a week or more receive priority consideration during peak seasons.
Exclusive Use
Each cottage is rented in its entirety. We do not split bookings or place unrelated parties in shared cottages. Your residence is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
Occupancy
Maximum four guests per cottage. Children of all ages welcome. Infants under two stay without charge. Additional guests beyond cottage capacity cannot be accommodated.
Companion Animals
Well-behaved dogs welcome with advance notice. The estate maintains resident dogs who freely roam the property. Guests with dog allergies or concerns should inform us during booking
Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged subject to availability. We recommend arriving before dusk to fully appreciate your first impression of the estate.
Cancellation
Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days prior to arrival. 50% refund for 15-29 days notice. No refund for cancellations within 14 days. Weather-related or emergency cancellations considered individually.
Comprehensive Rate
All rates include accommodation, all meals, estate wine, vineyard and orchard access, guided experiences, and daily cottage service. Nothing is itemized. Everything is included. Gratuities neither expected nor accepted.
