By booking with Raht Juneo Orchards or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with any part, please don’t book.

Acceptance of Terms
These terms apply to all guests who book cottages, make reservations, or use our website and services. By completing a booking, you accept all terms herein. We reserve the right to modify terms with 30 days’ notice.
Your booking constitutes a legal agreement. You are bound by these terms from the moment your booking is confirmed.
Service Provision
Raht Juneo provides:
- Accommodation in private cottages (2 bedrooms, max 4 guests per cottage)
- Meals prepared and served at taraak restaurant
- Access to 50-acre estate (vineyard, orchard, trails, river)
- WiFi and basic amenities
- Customer support during your stay
Services are “as-is”: We provide services in their current condition. We do not guarantee specific weather, specific activities availability, or outcomes of experiences. Activities and experiences are subject to seasonal availability and circumstances beyond our control.
Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:
- Comply with all house rules and conduct expectations
- Respect the property, staff, and other guests
- Pay all charges on time as agreed
- Notify us of any issues during your stay
- Report any medical conditions or allergies in advance
- Take responsibility for your belongings
- Not engage in illegal activities
- Not disrupt other guests’ experience
Violation of these responsibilities: May result in termination of your stay without refund and potential liability claims.
Limitation of Liability
The guest assumes all risks associated with:
- Trekking and hiking activities
- Water activities (swimming, wading, river crossing)
- Exposure to weather and natural hazards
- Encounters with wildlife
- Activities beyond the cottages
Raht Juneo Orchards provides:
- Safety information and maps
- Weather briefing
- Emergency contact numbers – First aid supplies
- Emergency evacuation capability (30-45 min to hospital)
Raht Juneo Orchards is NOT liable for:
- Injuries sustained during any activity
- Decisions made by guests to proceed despite warnings
- Natural hazards or weather-related risks
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify (hold harmless) Raht Juneo Orchards, its owners, staff, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your injury or property damage during your stay
- Your actions that harm other guests or property
- Any illegal activity you engage in
Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, design, logos) is the property of Raht Juneo Orchards and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit permission.
Photos and videos taken during your stay may be used for internal record purposes or marketing (with your consent). By checking in, you grant us permission to photograph common areas; request “no photography” in your cottage if you prefer privacy.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
- First, attempt to resolve directly by contacting us
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through negotiation/mediation
- Binding arbitration or legal proceedings (if necessary) shall be under Indian law
- Venue: Sirmaur District, Himachal Pradesh
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the state of Himachal Pradesh. You agree to jurisdiction and venue in courts located in Sirmaur District.
Age & Capacity
By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If booking on behalf of minors or dependents, you assume full responsibility for their conduct and any damages they cause.
Guest-Created Content & Photography Rights
By checking in, you grant Raht Juneo Orchards the non-exclusive right to use photographs, videos, and content created at the estate for marketing, social media, website, and brochures. No compensation is required.
This includes:
– Photos and videos taken at the property
– Stories or testimonials you share
– User-generated content posted publicly or shared with us
We will give credit when possible and will not misrepresent your content. We won’t use your content in ways that violate your privacy or create false endorsements.
If you request “no photography,” this right is waived for your images, though common areas may still be photographed.
Your content, your rights: You retain all rights to content you create. You’re free to share it anywhere, anytime.
Website Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our website for illegal purposes
- Attempt to breach website security or hack systems
- Transmit viruses or malware
- Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other guests
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Scrape or copy website content without permission
Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to external sites (OTA platforms, local attractions, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or services. Use external links at your own risk.
We are not responsible for services provided by third parties, including payment processors, delivery services, or transportation partners.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically with 30 days’ notice. Continued booking or use of our services indicates acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.
Major changes affecting confirmed bookings will be communicated directly via email.
