Packing Guide

Know what to bring based on the season, your age, your activities, and whether you're traveling with dogs. We've thought about it for you.

The elevation at Raht Juneo is 1,200 meters. This means weather is cooler than the plains, and it changes throughout the day. We’ve created this guide so you pack exactly what you need—no more, no less.

Different seasons call for different packing. Different activities need different gear. Traveling with kids or dogs? Different essentials. Read below based on when you’re coming and who you’re bringing.

Packing by Season

Your stay will be more comfortable if you pack for the season. The estate is at 1,200m elevation—temperatures are 8-12°C cooler than Delhi plains.

Summer (June - August)

Special Note: Harvest Season (Late June - Early July)

  • If coming during grape harvest, pack sturdy shoes and long sleeves if participating in vineyard activities. Bring a hat for sun protection during outdoor work.

Winter (December - February)

  • Why winter is special: The fireplace becomes the evening gathering point. Mornings are crisp and beautiful. Not crowded season—peaceful time to be on the estate.

Spring & Autumn (March - May, September - November)

Pro tip: Pack layers. Morning might be cool, afternoon warm, evening cool again. Clothes you can easily add or remove are your best friend.

Packing Strategy
